The six factors that set the price
| Factor | How it affects price |
|---|---|
| Unit type | Standard units are the most affordable. ADA units and restroom trailers cost more. |
| Quantity | More units cost more in total, though larger orders can be more efficient per unit. |
| Rental length | Events are priced per event. Job sites are typically priced by the month. |
| Service frequency | Weekly service is standard; twice-weekly or mid-event service adds cost. |
| Location | Sites farther from our Sioux Falls yard may include a delivery or trip charge. |
| Add-ons | Handwashing stations, extra supplies and special placement add to the total. |
How to keep costs down
- Get the count right: too few units means extra service visits, too many means paying for idle units. See how many you need.
- Book events early, especially summer weekends.
- For long projects, set a fixed weekly service day rather than calling for service as needed.
- Make sure the placement spot is level and truck-accessible to avoid delays.

Frequently asked questions
Why don't you list a flat price?
Price depends on unit type, quantity, rental length, service frequency and distance, so a flat number would be wrong for most customers. A quick quote gives you the real number.
Is weekly service included in a job-site rental?
Job-site rentals are typically quoted with weekly service. Ask about twice-weekly service for large crews or long hours.
Are ADA units more expensive?
Yes, ADA units generally cost more than standard units because they're larger. Public events still need at least one per cluster.
