Set up for how subdivisions build out
Residential development doesn't look like a single commercial job. Trades rotate between lots, framing crews move every few days, and finished homes need units gone before closing. We plan placement around that, so you're not paying for units in the wrong spot.
- Shared units placed to serve several active lots at once
- Dedicated units for custom builds and larger homes
- Units relocated as lots close and new ones break ground
- One call to dispatch covers every lot you're building
Where we work
We serve builders across the Sioux Falls metro and surrounding towns, including Harrisburg, Tea, Brandon, Sioux Falls, Hartford, Renner and Dell Rapids. See the full service area.
Keeping neighbors and HOAs happy
Clean, regularly serviced units placed thoughtfully matter more in a neighborhood than on a commercial site. We place units where they're easy for crews to reach and our truck can service them, and we keep to a fixed schedule so units don't become a complaint.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a porta potty for every lot?
Not always. On subdivisions with several active lots close together, shared units can serve multiple lots. Custom homes and larger builds usually get a dedicated unit. We'll recommend a layout based on your build schedule.
Can I rent a porta potty long-term for a house build?
Yes. Most residential builds keep a unit for the full build, serviced weekly, and we pick it up when the home is ready to close.
Can you move a unit to a different lot?
Yes. Call dispatch at (605) 476-1420 and we'll relocate it as lots close out and new ones start.
